Preliminary Matters: The Obion County Board of Education will meet in regular session August 12, 2013 at Hillcrest Elementary School at 7:00 p.m. Prior to the meeting, the school will provide a meal beginning at 6:00 p.m. Items of Note: Please let Linda Carney know if you are interested in attending TSBA's Fall District Meeting. This year's meeting will be held at the Camden Central High School, Tuesday, September 17, 2013, from 4:30 p.m. until 7:45 p.m. August 8, 2013 is the first day of classes. Consent Agenda (Item V.): Background Information: The consent agenda consists of the monthly personnel report, report of substitute teachers, and the monthly financial reports/business activity. The Report of Assignment of Board-Owned Vehicles (as required by Board Policy #3.402) is presented for the Board's information. Staff Recommendation: I recommend approval of all items listed on the consent agenda. |
